The agreement
This website (caseve.shop) is operated by Caseve LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below — we’ve kept them short and in plain English.
Orders & payment
Orders are placed on this website and paid through our secure checkout, powered by Shopify. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout before you pay. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
Cancellations
Orders are sent to our fulfillment center quickly. If you need to cancel, email support@caseve.shop within 1 hour of ordering. Once an order has been handed off for shipping we can’t stop it, but you can return it under our return policy.
Shipping & returns
Orders ship to US addresses from our fulfillment partner. Unused cases can be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. Separately, Caseve offers a 6-month Clarity Promise covering yellowing and discoloration only — one replacement per case, proof by photo, handled directly by us over email. It does not cover physical damage from drops, scratches, or misuse.
The product
Caseve cases are protective accessories for everyday use. They are not rated for extreme impacts, and we make no guarantee that your phone will survive any particular drop. iPhone and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Caseve is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caseve LLC’s total liability for any claim related to a case is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage to the phone inside the case.
