Who we are
Caseve LLC (“Caseve,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at caseve.shop and our checkout at shop.caseve.shop, which is powered by Shopify (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit the Services, make a purchase, or contact us. By using the Services, you acknowledge this policy. If it conflicts with our Terms of Service, this policy controls for personal information.
What we collect
- Contact details — name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number (if you provide it).
- Payment information — processed by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Order information — what you view, add to your bag, buy, return, or exchange.
- Communications — what you send us in support requests or warranty claims.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser, device type, and how you use the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We collect this directly from you, automatically through the Services, and from the service providers who help us run them.
How we use it
- To process payments, fulfill and ship orders, and handle returns, exchanges, and your Clarity Promise.
- To send order and shipping updates and respond to support requests.
- To send marketing emails — only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and keep checkout secure.
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make Caseve work, each receiving only what it needs:
- Shopify — checkout, payments, and order records.
- Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and shipping carriers — your name and shipping address, to pack and deliver your order.
- Klaviyo — order emails, warranty registrations, and opted-in marketing.
- Gorgias — our customer-support inbox.
- Vercel — hosts our website.
- Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) — basic site activity, to measure and improve our ads.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Relationship with Shopify
Our checkout is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information to provide and improve its services, and may use data from your interactions with our store and other merchants for certain enhanced features. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your bag, process checkout, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout may not work without them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email support@caseve.shop to make a request — we’ll respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you’re unhappy with our response, you may appeal by contacting us again or complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security, retention, and transfers
No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information through unsecured channels. We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor warranties, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Your information may be processed outside your country; for transfers out of the EEA or UK, we rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
