Refund policy

14-day returns. You can return an unused case in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

How to start a return. Email support@caseve.shop with your order number (for example, #1001) and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with return instructions and a return label.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If you use the label we provide, its cost is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Defective or wrong item? That’s on us. Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
